2. Coordination of ceramic bearings (1) The interference amount fixes the inner ring and outer ring of the rolling bearing on the shaft or bearing box. When it bears the load, the mating surface of the ferrule and the bearing housing does not undergo relative movement in the radial axis and in the direction of rotation. This relative movement will cause wear, friction corrosion or friction cracks on the mating surface, which will cause damage to the bearings, shafts and axle boxes, and then wear powder will mix into the bearings, resulting in poor operation, abnormal heating or vibration.
As for the method of fixing the bearing, it is best to cooperate with the amount of interference flowing out on the mating surface of the ferrule and the shaft or the bearing box. This fitting class makes the load of the thin-walled ferrule evenly distributed on the circumference, without affecting the bearing. Load capacity. (2) Selection of cooperation The selection of cooperation is generally carried out according to the following principles.
According to the direction and nature of the load acting on the bearing and which direction of the inner and outer rings rotates, the load of each ring is divided into rotating load, static load and non-directional load. The ring bearing the rotating load and the non-directional load should adopt the static fit (interference fit).
Bearings are under heavy load or subjected to vibration. When shock loads are applied, their interference must increase. Hollow shafts, thin-walled bearing boxes or light alloys are used. For plastic bearing housings, the interference must also be increased.
When high rotation accuracy is required, high-precision bearings must be used, and the dimensional accuracy of the shaft and the bearing box must be improved to avoid excessive interference. If the interference is too large, the geometric accuracy of the shaft or bearing housing may affect the geometry of the bearing ring. As a result, bearing rotation accuracy is impaired.
If the inner and outer rings of the separable bearing (such as deep groove ball bearings) use static fit, it is extremely inconvenient to install and disassemble the bearing.
